1. About Veyra Play

Veyra Play is a digital games platform within the Veyra Apps ecosystem.

The current public version provides game pages, learning guides, daily content and related experiences without requiring a user account.

2. Information currently processed

Veyra Play does not currently require account registration and does not intentionally collect profile information through the public website.

Hosting, security and infrastructure providers may process technical information required to deliver and protect the website, such as IP addresses, request information, browser or device data, timestamps and security logs.

3. Analytics

With your consent, Veyra Play uses Google Analytics 4 to help us understand how the website is used.

Analytics may provide information about pages viewed, interactions with the website, browser and device characteristics, and other usage information generated while using Veyra Play.

Google Analytics is implemented through Google Tag Manager. Under our current implementation, the Google Tag Manager container used for analytics is not loaded unless you allow the Analytics category in our privacy controls.

We use analytics information to understand usage patterns, identify technical or usability problems, and improve games, content and the overall Veyra Play experience.

You can reject Analytics when the privacy notice first appears and can change your decision later using the Privacy settings option in the website footer.

4. Advertising

Veyra Play does not currently use optional advertising technologies on the public website.

Our privacy controls already include an Advertising preference so that future monetisation technologies can be introduced transparently without combining advertising consent with analytics consent.

If advertising technologies are introduced, this Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy will be updated to explain the providers, purposes and relevant privacy choices before or alongside their activation.

5. Privacy preferences

Veyra Play stores your privacy preferences locally in your browser so that the website can remember your choice.

Necessary functionality is always active. Analytics and Advertising are presented as separate optional categories.

You may accept, reject or customise these optional categories, and you can reopen the privacy controls at any time through the website footer.

6. User accounts and game progress

User accounts, cloud progress and cross-device synchronisation are planned features but are not part of the current public version.

If those features are introduced, this policy will be updated to explain what account and gameplay information is processed, why it is processed and how it is handled.

7. Service providers

Veyra Play relies on third-party services to host, deliver, secure and measure parts of the website.

These currently include infrastructure services used to operate Veyra Play and, when you consent to Analytics, Google services used for analytics and tag management.

Third-party providers process information under their own applicable terms, policies and data-protection obligations.

8. Data security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect the website and the information processed through its infrastructure.

No online system can guarantee absolute security, and Veyra Play aims to minimise the amount of personal information processed wherever practical.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights relating to personal information, including rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or withdrawal of consent.

Withdrawing optional analytics consent can be done directly through the Privacy settings available on Veyra Play.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may change as Veyra Play introduces features such as accounts, advertising, mobile applications or additional platform services.
